Before You Contact Us

For an existing purchase, include the order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of the request. For a damaged or incorrect item, attach clear photographs of the product, tag and shipping package. Never email or submit a complete card number, bank password or account login.

Response Time

We aim to respond within two business days. Messages received during weekends, holidays, product launches or promotions may take longer. Sending multiple messages about the same issue can delay review, so please keep related information in one email thread when possible.
